A lead is not a billable result.
AXPRIO charges only after a real next step is delivered under criteria agreed with the client first. Research signals help us decide whom to approach; they are not sold as appointments.
Messer Construction — new Greenville regional office
The Greenville Chamber lists an October 29, 2026 opening event for Messer Construction's new regional office at 297 Pete Hollis Boulevard. Messer is moving from leased downtown space into a company-owned building it renovated for its growing regional team.
What this means: it is a legitimate, current reason for a commercial-cleaning provider to investigate the account. It does not mean Messer needs a new cleaning vendor, and AXPRIO would never bill a client merely for finding this signal.
The account matches the client's written geography, service and minimum account criteria.
An appropriate decision-maker or vendor-selection contact is reached.
The prospect explicitly agrees to discuss the relevant service.
An appointment or walkthrough is delivered, attendance verified, and all mutually agreed written criteria are met. Scheduling alone is not billable.
$0 upfront. $49 for the first qualified result, then $50 for each additional result.
The pilot lasts 30 calendar days, beginning after intake is completed and the client approves the service scope and qualification criteria in writing. AXPRIO attempts to deliver up to three qualified appointments; three appointments are not guaranteed. No upfront payment. Only delivered appointments meeting mutually agreed written qualification criteria are billable: first $49, second $50, third $50, maximum $149. No-shows, unqualified contacts and undelivered appointments are not billable. At the end of 30 days, the client may extend by mutual agreement or close without charges for undelivered appointments. Verified billing corrections or approved refunds are initiated within five business days after verification.
