AXPRIO provides B2B research, prospecting and appointment-setting services.

Information we collect

We may receive information you choose to provide, including your name, business name, business email, website, service area, service priorities, ideal-customer criteria and communications with us. We may also receive private exclusion information such as current clients, active opportunities, partners and do-not-contact companies.

How we use information

We use information to build targeting criteria, prevent outreach to excluded relationships, research and qualify opportunities, communicate with you, deliver services, provide support, prevent misuse and maintain necessary business records.

Private exclusion information

Client exclusion lists are used for conflict screening and prospecting control. We do not sell those lists or use them as prospect lists for other clients.

Payments

Payment information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored directly by AXPRIO.

Sharing

We do not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when reasonably necessary to host or operate the service, process payments, deliver requested work or comply with law.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, conflict screening, recordkeeping, dispute resolution and legal obligations.
